These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jnt77 ("jnt77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jnt77 website located at jnt77.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and VIP programme features.

All financial transactions on the jnt77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jnt77 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals.

Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

jnt77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may require the submission of additional documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all KYC requirements have been satisfied and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

jnt77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees that are outside of jnt77's control.

jnt77 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited in MYR and may only be used on the jnt77 Platform.
• Each promotional offer is available to eligible accounts only, as defined in the specific promotion details.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are used once the real-money balance reaches zero.

All bets and wagers placed on the jnt77 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jnt77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error by the Platform.
• jnt77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human error, regardless of whether the bet was settled in the Player's favour.
• For sports betting, settlement of bets will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body of each sport. Where the result is disputed or subject to subsequent change (e.g., retrospective disqualification), jnt77 will apply the result as determined within a reasonable timeframe at its discretion.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live in-play betting odds fluctuate in real time. Bets accepted at displayed odds at the moment of confirmation are binding. Delays in bet acceptance due to connectivity issues are the responsibility of the Player.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to their own specific rules, including minimum and maximum selection counts and payout caps as displayed in the sports betting section.

• Conducting transactions on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to fund or operate your account.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jnt77 staff, customer support agents, or other Users.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.

All content on the jnt77 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, user interface elements, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jnt77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not authorise you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the jnt77 name, logo, or branding in any context without express written permission from jnt77.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jnt77 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss arising in connection with the Platform, even if jnt77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures affecting the availability of the Platform or the outcome of any game or bet.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or FPX operators) that result in delayed or failed transactions.
• Any losses incurred as a result of the User's own gambling decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol, emotional distress, or financial pressure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jnt77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jnt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a regulatory or legal instruction to close the account.
• The User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jnt77 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between jnt77 and a User, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the jnt77 customer support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.

jnt77 does not accept jurisdiction of any consumer protection regulator in any specific territory unless required to do so by applicable law. Nothing in this clause prevents a User from exercising any statutory rights to which they may be entitled.

jnt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jnt77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
